Tall Ships At Rockland Tomorrow

Rockland, Maine- On Friday July 15th nearly a dozen historic schooners will meet at the Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse for the Maine Windjammer Association"s Maine Windjammer Parade.  These schooners many of which have been sailing the cool blue Atlantic for over 100 years are part of the largest fleet of working schooners in the world.

The action starts at 2:00 and continues on till 4.  The best place to view these majestic sailing vessels is from the Rockland Breakwater and the Rockland Breakwater Light.  They are also visible from almost any vantage point around Rockland harbor.
