BANGOR, Maine - Husson steps out of conference for a match against Colby (Maine) on Wednesday starting at 7 p.m. ET at the Winkin Sports Complex.

The Mules have alternated wins and losses in their last four games. Megan Fortier, who had an assist in last year's matchup with the Eagles, scored her 40th career goal in a 6-2 loss last time out at No. 4 Middlebury (Vt.). She has 40 goals and 19 assists in her career.
Husson Notes
Taylor Lovley scored Husson's lone goal in last season's 3-1 loss at Colby.
The Eagles are 1-1 at home against non-conference teams this year and have won seven of their last nine overall at Winkin Sports Complex.
For the second-straight week, a Husson player claimed the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Field Hockey Player of the Week award, as this time junior forward Libby Kainearned the distinction on Monday. She helped lead the Eagles to a 1-0 overtime win against Maine-Farmington. The Dexter, Maine, native found the back of the cage 10:08 into the first overtime.
Britt Mellor leads the team with three goals, while Kain, Hanna Jordan, Lauren Russell and Mikayla Toth each have scored two.
