“Untouchable Love,” a multimedia documentary by Meghan Vigeant, about inter-caste marriage in Nepal at 7:00 pm at the Camden Public Library.


Tuesday, February 18

Camden Garden Club’s Winter Horticulture Series features Hammond Buck on “Ornamental  Grasses,” 10:00 am at the Camden Public Library, open to all.

Songwriters Session led by David Dodson and John Nicholas, 6:00 pm at the Camden Public Library. Monthly sessions for writers working on their songs who would like an appreciative audience. Call Ken Gross at the library at 236-3440 for more information.


Thursday, February 20

Midcoast Audubon Society hosts computational ocean ecologist Nick Record on “Changes in the Gulf of Maine Ecosystem Across Months, Years, and Decades” at 7:00 pm at the Camden Public Library. Record is a researcher with Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences in East Boothbay, working in modeling the interaction between physics, microbes, and fisheries in the Gulf of Maine.


Tuesday, February 25

Camden Garden Club’s Winter Horticulture Series features Rebecca Jacobs on “Invasive Plants,” 10:00 am at the Camden Public Library, open to all.

Arctic Adventure with Hans Bengtsson, a slide talk about his ten-day cross-country ski trip above the Arctic Circle on the border of Sweden and Norway, 7:00 pm at the Camden Public Library.


Thursday, February 27

Camden Conference will host a post-conference discussion session, free and open to all, to cover topics addressed at the 2014 Camden Conference, 7:00 pm at the Camden Public Library.
