DEPUTY SECRETARY BILL BURNS
Deputy Secretary Burns is on travel to Istanbul, Turkey from February 24 through February 26 where he will meet with Turkish Foreign Minister Under Secretary Feridun Sinirlioglu to discuss a broad range of bilateral and regional issues.
