Brewer, Maine - Hope will shine brightly for local cancer patients when the Lights of Hope tree is lit tomorrow at EMMC CancerCare. Lights may be purchased to honor or remember a loved one. The names of the honorees will be displayed at the tree lighting ceremony. All proceeds directly benefit patients at EMMC CancerCare.
The tree lighting ceremony will also include a performance by the Bangor Baptist Church choir and light refreshments. The event will take place Tuesday, December 18 at 5:30 pm outside EMMC CancerCare, located at the Lafayette Family Cancer Center on Whiting Hill Road in Brewer. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held inside the building.
