Book Sale January 5th at Blue Hill Library

Blue Hill, Maine - Friends of Blue Hill Public Library will their first-Saturday-of-the-month book sale on January 5th  in the Library’s basement “book nook” during regular library hours, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  Volunteer book sale manager Ellie Andy says, “Make January your new start month, as in start a NEW project, read a NEW author or learn a NEW activity or craft.”  The Library’s book nook has books to help.  And all fiction will be 50% off!

Book sale proceeds enable the Friends to sponsor many of the special programs offered at the library, for both children and adults, and to make special purchases of books, dvds, etc., and equipment for the
library.  To donate books that are in good condition or for more information, contact the Library at 374-5515. Please leave the dust jackets (regardless of their condition) on any books you donate whenever possible!

No one has to wait until the first Saturday of the month to get a deal on books! There is an ongoing fifty-cent paperback sale on the Library’s second floor, accessible anytime the Library is open. For more information call the Library at 374-5515.
