9:25pm Update: According to Portland Fire, Our crews are still on scene of the 3rd Alarm Fire on Valley St (2nd multiple alarm fire of the shift for Platoon 2 crews). Thank you to our mutual aid communities for your assistance on scene and covering our firehouses.
6:23pm Update: All visible fire in the attic appears to be knocked down.
5:56pm Update: All visible fire in the basement appears to be knocked down.
BREAKING NEWS: Portland, Maine - Portland Fire Department have been called to another 2nd-alarm apartment building, this time at 276 Valley, smoke was seen pouring from the building, on Tuesday, May 29th, 2018 in Portland, Maine.

This is the second fire today for Portland firefighters.
