Under Secretary Otero will also participate in a Ministerial-Level Steering Committee Meeting of the Open Government Partnership (OGP), chaired by the Government of UK, to review recent progress of the Partnership in support of global open governance. In Dublin, Under Secretary Otero will launch Embassy Dublin’s Youth Council with Special Advisor for Global Youth Issues Zeenat Rahman. She will also meet with OSCE and European counterparts on civilian security issues.
