Rockland, Maine - On a chilly, clear and windy Saturday evening it was time for the annual parade of lights down Rockland main street. People lined main street to watch this annual parade apart of Rockland Main Street Inc hosted Festival of Lights. This year there were several floats from Midcoast Christian Academy, Santa Claus, Girls Scouts and Humane Society, just to name a few.
