BREAKING NEWS: Vessel Taking On Water Off Nettle Island

Rockland - The Coast Guard is responding to a vessel near Nettle Island off South Thomaston.  The vessel Captiva reported it was taking on water about 15 minutes ago.  The Coast Guard has dispatched vessels to assist.
