BREAKING NEWS: Dump Truck Driver Taken To EMMC After Train Crash

1pm UPDATE: Dump Truck driver has been freed and taken to Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor by LifeFlight.

Shortly aftern noontime the driver of the dump truck was freed from the wreckage after train crash.

Rt. 202 remains closed as they are in process of reconstruction of the accident, clear the wreckage and clean up fuel that has spilled on and near the road.

BREAKING NEWS Hampden, Maine - Emergency crews are responding to reports of a crash involving Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway train and dump truck on Western Avenue near Mayo Road, according to Penobscot County dispatchers.

LifeFlight has been dispatched to the crash scene, along with several other area emergency responders, the dispatcher said.
