Camden Public Library Receives Another Month in Hannaford Fundraising Program

Camden, ME – Camden Public Library, a nonprofit committed to being the hub of "Read, Connect, Discover" in our community, has been selected again as a beneficiary of the Hannaford Cause Bag program. The Camden Public Library is an anchor for the community. We bring people together to Read, Connect, and Discover.

The Hannaford Cause Bag program launched in October 2015 and is designed to support local nonprofits through the sale of the reusable Hannaford Helps bag.

Camden Public Library was selected by Hannaford store leadership as the July beneficiary of the program at the Camden Hannaford store. For every Hannaford Helps reusable bag with the good karma message purchased at the Camden Hannaford during July, Camden Public Library will receive a $1 donation.

“We're so pleased to be honored with the Hannaford Helps program again this year,” said Camden Public Library Executive Director, Nikki Maounis. “Every contribution from the program goes right back into supporting our programs, filling our shelves, and connecting our community.”
