Rockport, Maine -- The Center for Maine Contemporary Art will offer ArtLab workshops Monday through Friday during school vacation week, April 21 through 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. each day. Come "Spring into Spring" with three fun, fresh, and funky projects: Fantasy Flower and Butterfly Paintings, Spring Charms, and Garden Gnomes. All materials will be provided and everyone is welcome. Admission is free. CMCA is located at 162 Russell Ave. in downtown Rockport.
ArtLab is made possible in part thanks to generous support from Camden National Bank, the Milton and Sally Avery Art Foundation, Harbor Square Gallery, and individual donors. The Center for Maine Contemporary Art is a nonprofit organization advancing contemporary art in Maine through exhibitions and educational programs. Galleries will open for CMCA's 62nd season on May 25. FMI: cmcanow.org.
