101 SERIES @ THE LIBRARY: PLANNING YOUR LEGACY

SCARBOROUGH, Maine – What is an estate plan? When should I start thinking about creating one? How can I be sure my family or causes that are important to me are included?

These are important questions that many avoid asking. Find answers by attending Planning Your Legacy 101 at the Scarborough Public Library on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 6:30 pm. The Library has invited Jean McDevitt, an attorney and Tax Principal with Baker Newman Noyes, LLC, to share important information you should consider when thinking about an estate plan. Jean brings extensive experience with trusts, estates, and personal tax planning to the event. Her presentation will help demystify the topic and show that planning a legacy is important – and a possibility for everyone.

This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served. To attend, call the Library at 883-4723 and select option 5 when prompted. You can also learn more information by visiting the Library’s website at www.scarboroughlibrary.org
