Coast Guard searching for missing 49-year-old man in Lynn

BOSTON - The Coast Guard is searching for a missing 49-year-old welder in Lynn Harbor, Mass., after he was last seen working on a barge at the Seaport Landing Marina in Lynn, Mass., Thursday.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Boston were notified by Lynn Fire Dispatch reporting that a welder working on the barge had not been seen for approximately 45 minutes.

He is described as a 49-year-old white male, five-foot-six inches and 200 pounds. He was reportedly wearing dungaree jeans and a blue hooded sweatshirt.
