The Polar Bears stand at 10-3 (4-0 NESCAC) this season. Tufts falls to 8-4 (2-2 NESCAC) while Keene State drops to 11-7 overall. Bowdoin is lone remaining unbeaten team in the conference.
Tufts Match
- Bowdoin controlled the first two sets before dropping their first set at home this season, eventually rebounding in the fourth for a 25-21, 25-16, 16-25, 25-14 victory.
- Christy Jewett led all players with 19 kills while also notching a pair of service aces.
- Katie Doherty collected 30 digs and three aces for Bowdoin.
- Michelle Albright had a double-double, recording 13 kills and 14 digs.
- Quincy Leech dished out 45 assists for the Polar Bears.
- Esme Nulan and Elizabeth Ahrens had nine kills each in the loss for Tufts
- Angela Yu had 15 assists while Alex Garrett had 15 digs
- Bowdoin posted straight-set wins of 25-18, 25-20 and 25-9
- Jewett again led the Polar Bears, posting 11 kills with 13 digs
- Albright had 10 kills while Erika Sklaver added nine
- Leech recorded 25 assists while Doherty had a match-high 30 digs
- Courtney Collins led the Owls with four kills
- Riley Bunker (19 digs) and Angela Silveri (14 digs) led the Keene defense
- Bowdoin will return to action next Friday with a home match against Trinity scheduled for 8:00 p.m.
