UNE got the game-winning goal in the 32nd minute when Jessica Meader headed home a cross from the right corner by Brionne Turcotte. Taylor Littlefield got the play going and was credited with a secondary assist. The goal pushed Meader's team-leading total to six.

The Nor'easters doubled their lead early in the second half. Anna Michaud fed Jackie Dickerson at the top of the box, and Dickerson drove a shot from just left-of-center into the net for her fourth marker.

UNE controlled play much of the afternoon, building a 20-6 advantage in shots and 5-2 margin in corner kicks. Brielle Robinson needed just two saves to register the shutout.
