APRIL LIVES LIFE ON THE WILD SIDE

IN AN ALL-NEW EPISODE OF “CHASING LIFE,”

April starts to use her inheritance money to mask her pain in “Wild Thing,” an all-new episode of “Chasing Life,” airing Monday, August 31 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.

April continues the grieving process, but nothing she does seems to ease the pain of losing Leo. When she gets news of her inheritance, she looks to the newly acquired money and the joy of spending it to take away her pain. Beth wants new shoes? She’s got it! An expensive night on the town with friends – done! A little dabbling into the drug culture – sure, why not? But her friends are not sure what to do with this new wild and crazy April. Is April heading down a dark and dangerous path?

Meanwhile, Brenna premieres her short film, and Sara looks for ways to help others.

“Chasing Life” is adapted from the successful Televisa USA Spanish-language Mexican television series and is a co-production of BV Family Productions, Lionsgate, and Televisa USA in association with ABC Family. The series is executive produced by Sean Smith, Joni Lefkowitz and Aaron Kaplan. “Chasing Life” stars Italia Ricci, Mary Page Keller, Aisha Dee, Richard Brancatisano and Haley Ramm, with Scott Michael Foster as a recurring guest star.
