12th Annual Androscoggin County Job Fair April 10 at CMCC

*More than 60 employers representing over 1,200 open positions will be exhibiting.*

Lewiston, Maine - The Androscoggin County Chamber is once again teaming up with Central Maine Community College, Sun Journal, Gleason Radio Group, and the Lewiston CareerCenter to sponsor the 12th Annual Androscoggin County Community Job Fair. Other sponsors include Central Maine Human Resources Association, College for ME Androscoggin, and Neokraft Signs

The annual Androscoggin County Community Job Fair will be held Friday, April 10 from 9 a.m. to noon at Central Maine Community College, 1250 Turner Street in Auburn. For more information, please visit http://www.androscoggincounty.com .

Attendees should bring a resume and be prepared to have an "interview-like" conversation with employers to discuss skills, knowledge areas and abilities. Job seekers should also be dressed for an interview.

CareerCenters, part of the Maine Department of Labor, offer a variety of workshops and services to help people find employment or upgrade skills. Each center provides several public-access computer workstations with Microsoft Office software, resume writing and cover letter software, Internet access and O'Net software for skills assessment. All CareerCenter services are free of charge.
