Rockport ME--The 2013 Bay Chamber Concerts Summer Music Festival will feature jazz saxophonist Bill McHenry and his quartet  for "Jazz on the Water" at Rockport Marine Park, 4pm, August 17th. GRAMMY award-winning Arturo O’Farrill and Afro-Latin Jazz Orchestra, performing at the Camden Opera House, 9pm, on Opening Night of the summer festival, Wednesday, August 14th.
