“Eating Mediterranean in New England” with author Bill Bradley June 25
Bill Bradley is a registered dietitian, lecturer, and writer. He has led over 1,500 workshops including many on the health benefits of Mediterranean cuisine and lifestyle. He will lead a free workshop at the Camden Public Library on Tuesday, June 25, at 7:00 pm, on “Eating Mediterranean in New England.” Bradley went to the island of Crete to research the traditional cooking techniques of the healthiest people in the world, and to write his second cookbook: Foods of Crete: Traditional Recipes from the Healthiest People in the World. His first book: Things to do With Black Bean Stew is in its third printing.
