Rog and Ray Return to Cool Sounds Stage with Beach Party Vibe!

Bangor, Maine - The 4th week of the Fresh Air Market and Cool Sounds Summer Concert Series brings the return of crowd-favorite, Rog and Ray.  This high-energy duo’s music is interactive, encouraging those listening to dance and have fun. With tropical musical styles that range from Latin beats to country and beyond, the duo’s influences include Elvis Presley, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, and more.

Their performance starts at 6pm on Thursday.  The Fresh Air Market starts at 5pm.

The Downtown Bangor Partnership (DBP) has produced the Fresh Air Market and Cool Sounds Summer Concert Series for eight years. On Thursday evenings through August 1st, free concerts are held in Pickering Square in Downtown Bangor starting at 6pm.  The DBP also coordinates an outdoor market on Thursday evenings that is full of artists, farmers, bakers and many other vendors selling Maine made products; the market opens at 5pm and runs until 8pm.  The Cool Sounds Summer Concert Series is presented by Bangor Hydro Electric Company. The Bangor Daily News is the media sponsor for this event.
