Chief Winslow worked closely with domestic violence advocates in the region for the purpose of developing policies, mandates and investigative expectations – with a focus on the victim. Those initiatives remain in place today.
The Bangor Police Department continues to aggressively investigate issues of domestic abuse and violence. Please never hesitate to call on them if you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence. That was an expectation of Chief Winslow – and it very much remains true today.
Bangor PD say; Congratulations Chief – a well deserved award!
