Learn how you can play a volunteer role in helping our community. The Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is a national network of community-based groups of volunteers – medical, public health professionals and others, who assist their communities in activities that promote and strengthen public health, emergency response and community resiliency. They will be at the Camden Public Library in the Walsh History Center on Thursday, August 17 at 12:00 noon.
At this session, you will learn the steps of signing up to become a volunteer in our state-managed volunteer pool.
Speaker Jared McCannell is the Volunteer Management Coordinator for the Division of Public Health Operations.
