Lincolnville, Maine - Trekkers is hosting Midsummer Night’s Dream, featuring a “farm to table” culinary adventure by Chef Melody Wolfertz of In Good Company at Cellardoor Winery’s Farmhouse in Lincolnville on Monday, July 25.  The evening will include a cocktail hour from 6-7pm, with dinner at 7pm. An intimate and delicious menu will be created by Chef Wolfertz and complemented with award-winning wine pairings from Cellardoor Winery. Guests will enjoy a gourmet meal in the Farmhouse venue, overlooking the vineyards.

Melody Wolfertz, owner and chef of In Good Company, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1988, where she was awarded the Francis L Roth award for outstanding performance. She returned to her home town of Rockland in 2000 after thirteen years of chef and restaurant management experience. She saw the need for a place where people could go to drink good wine in a relaxed environment and opened In Good Company in July of 2004 in Rockland, inspired by this wish. Chef Wolfertz will bring her culinary talent to the Cellardoor Winery’s Farmhouse venue. Proceeds will benefit the youth programs of Trekkers.

Trekkers would like to thank Chef Melody Wolfertz-In Good Company, Horch Roofing and the Owls Head Transportation Museum for their generosity and support of this event.

Tickets for this culinary event are $125 per person. Seating for this special evening is limited to 36 people, so early reservations are recommended!
