Bay Chamber Concerts will host a group of circus performers, Circus Zambia, in a free demonstration and performance on the Camden Public Library’s South Lawn, 2:00 pm. All are welcome. Circus Zambia is a youthful and vibrant social circus school and creative hub that equips young people with circus, academic, and life skills in order for them to reach their full potential.
The Juke Rockets return to the Camden Amphitheatre for a free performance! The Rockets are a great blues and rock & roll band and they get people dancing! 7:00 pm. Hosted by the Camden Public Library.

The Gazebones, a nine-member trombone ensemble, returns to Camden for a free informal concert in the Amphitheatre, 2:00 pm. Bring blankets or chairs for comfortable seating.

MOJO Jazz orchestra kicks off another double feature evening in the Amphitheatre with a free concert at 6:30 pm, followed by a movie at 8:15. Bring blankets or chairs for seating.

Special “Blue and Gray” Civil War Encampment featuring the 20th Maine Company B and the 15th Alabama Company G, with a day of activities and living history in Camden Harbor Park and Amphitheatre, hosted by the Camden Public Library. The 20th Maine and the 15th Alabama actually met in combat at Little Round Top in 1863, and may engage in some friendly competition over the weekend!
Eleventh Annual Children’s Book-Fair-by-the-Sea at the Camden Public Library, featuring local authors and illustrators, 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Co-hosted by the Library and Sherman’s Books.

“Who Framed Roger Rabbit?” movie (1988, 1 hr 44 min, PG) in the Camden Amphitheatre, 7:45 pm. Free movie, bring blankets or chairs for comfortable seating. The movie was re-scheduled from earlier in the summer.

Nicole Carbisiero presents “Expanding Opportunities,” a local NGO with service projects in Kenya, 7:00 pm at the Camden Public Library.
Wednesday, August 24
Kinetic Energy Alive Dance Productions will present a student dance show at 6:30 pm in the Amphitheatre. The performance is free although donations will be accepted.
Thursday, August 25
Free concert in the Camden Amphitheatre, performed by the Maine Pro Musica Brass Quintet, 7:00 pm, hosted by the Camden Public Library. Bring blankets or chairs for comfortable seating. If the weather is rainy, the concert will be moved indoors.
