Formal Public Meeting in Rockport To Discuss the Proposed Upgrade of Signals

Rockport, Maine - The Maine Department of Transportation is conducting a public meeting to discuss the proposed upgrades to two intersection signals, one being at the intersections of West Street (Route 90), and Rockland Street (Route 17) and the second intersection is between West Street (Route 90) and Commercial Street (Route 1) in Rockport.

Please join us at 5:30 p.m. on Monday evening March 7, 2016 at the Rockport Town Office, Located at 101 Main Street in Rockport. Representatives of the Maine Department of Transportation will be present to listen to concerns, receive comments, and answer questions from anyone with an interest in the project. The Department is particularly interested in learning local views relative to project consistency with local comprehensive plans, discovering local resources, and identifying local concerns and issues. Anyone with an interest is invited to attend and participate in the meeting.
