Proceeds of this event goes to The Maine Cancer Foundation directed towards clinical research which is what is needed for cures to be discovered and to the "Energy 4 Life" program which helps those locally dealing with cancer in memory of Karen Ware. The money stays in the State of Maine.
There were awards for the top three male & female finishers and for these divisions for both men & women: 14 & under; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; and 70+.
