Recovery Of Missing Person Robert Koch‏

Portland, Maine - On Tuesday at about 1245 PM Robert Koch 52 years of age of Portland was discovered deceased in the Presumpscot River. The victim was discovered near The City of Portland Municipal Golf Course by city employees and two golfers. At the time the Portland Police Department was engaged in a search for Mr. Koch with the Maine Game Warden’s Service and a State Police K9 Team. The Portland Police deployed a K9 Team and several officers into the Trolley Park and along the river leading to the golf course.

Mr. Koch was recovered from the river and was transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office. The facts leading up to Mr. Koch’s death are under investigation. At this time there is no indication the death is suspicious.
