Archeologist Colin Amundsen will give an illustrated lecture at the Camden Public Library, 7:00 pm, on his investigations of medieval and earlier sites along the coast of the Barents Sea.
Saturday, March 2
Simply Books Club meeting at the Camden Public Library, 2:00 pm. Simply bring along whatever book you’re currently reading and share it with the group.
Tuesday, March 5
“Body as Art” photo exhibit and “Getting in Touch with Touch” workshop, 7:00 pm at the Camden Public Library. The evening will be a unique form of opening art reception, including an experiential workshop with Antje Roitzsch, licensed Massage Therapist, and Deborah Cautela, Advanced Phenomenal Touch Practitioner.
Wednesday, March 6
Midcoast Stroke Support Group meeting at the Camden Public Library, 10:00 am. All are welcome.
Thursday, March 7
Dana and Susan Robinson perform “new-time, oldtime music,” accompanied by fiddle, guitar, banjo, and mandolin, at the Camden Library Coffeehouse at 7:00 pm. The coffeehouse is a tradition at the library of live, acoustic music on first Thursdays. Admission is $8.

Indoor Book Sale at the Camden Public Library, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, to benefit the book fund at the library.
March 10
Indoor Book Sale at the Camden Public Library, 1:00 to 4:30 pm, to benefit the book fund at the library. Come browse for something fascinating and pick up a bargain!

“Naturopathic Medicine for Kids” presented by Dr. Deb Moskowitz, part of the Wellness Brown Bag Lunch Series, 12:00 noon at the Camden Public Library, co-hosted by the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce.

“The ABCs of Investing,” 7:00 pm at the Camden Public Library, led by Lowrie Sargent and Rosemary Weymouth of Better Investing. Part of the Financial Literacy series, co-sponsored by the library and Camden National Bank.
Thursday, March 14
Slide talk on the Camino Real of Portugal with Greg Dorr, 7:00 pm at the Camden Public Library. Dorr spent two weeks last fall walking the Camino, which stretches from Porto, Portugal, to Santiago de Compestela, Spain.
