9:20 a.m. LOCAL Secretary Kerry meets with the staff and families of Mission Germany, in Berlin, Germany.
10:35 a.m. LOCAL Secretary Kerry participates in “Youth Connect: Berlin,” a forum to hear thoughts and answer questions about global affairs with the next generation of leaders and innovators, in Berlin, Germany. 
12:00 p.m. LOCAL Secretary Kerry meets with German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle, in Berlin, Germany.
12:25 p.m. LOCAL Secretary Kerry holds a joint press availability with German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle, in Berlin, Germany.

UNDER SECRETARY FOR POLITICAL AFFAIRS WENDY SHERMAN
Under Secretary Sherman is on foreign travel to Kazakhstan, Israel, Jordan and Saudi Arabia from February 23 to March 4 for official meetings.

UNDER SECRETARY FOR ECONOMIC GROWTH, ENERGY AND THE ENVIRONMENT ROBERT HORMATS
Under Secretary Hormats is on travel through February 27, first in Chicago to discuss “Asia-Pacific: New Priorities for American Economic Diplomacy” with members of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. He then travels to Los Angeles for meetings with the Motion Picture Association of America on intellectual property rights and enforcement. Under Secretary Hormats then delivers a speech at the University of California, Los Angeles on the importance of economics as a foreign policy tool and at the Los Angeles World Affairs Council on the “U.S. Economy and Asia.”
8:30 a.m. Under Secretary Hormats meets with former Senator Chris Dodd and with the Motion Picture Association of America, in Los Angeles.
12:00 p.m. Under Secretary Hormats meets with the Bel Air Investment Club, in Los Angeles.
3:00 p.m. Under Secretary Hormats delivers remarks on economic statecraft, at the University of California, Los Angeles.
6:00 p.m. Under Secretary Hormats meets with a group of high school students to discuss foreign policy, at the Los Angeles World Affairs Council, in Los Angeles.

2:00 p.m. Under Secretary Sonenshine meets with Ambassador of India to the U.S. Nirupama Rao, at the Embassy of India.


ACTING UNDER SECRETARY FOR ARMS CONTROL AND INTERNATIONAL SECURITY ROSE GOTTEMOELLER
12:00 p.m. Acting Under Secretary Gottemoeller attends the Council on Foreign Relations roundtable: “The United Kingdom’s Nuclear Weapons,” with Sir Lawrence Freedman, Vice Principal and Professor of War Studies at King’s College London.

ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION AFFAIRS ESTHER BRIMMER
Assistant Secretary Brimmer is on foreign travel to Geneva, Switzerland to present the United States’ intervention at the 22nd Session of the Human Rights Council.

ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR ECONOMIC AND BUSINESS AFFAIRS JOSE FERNANDEZ
Assistant Secretary Fernandez is on foreign travel to Burma through February 27 to meet with government officials about enhancing economic ties. He also delivers the keynote address at a business symposium jointly hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
