Portland, Maine - As part of a national effort sponsored by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the City of Portland offers seven different sites over a two day period for the safe, convenient, and responsible disposal of unneeded drugs.
Please help prevent accidental overdose and abuse of prescription and over the counter medications. By properly disposing of your unneeded prescriptions and over the counter medications you can prevent drug abuse and maybe even save a life. Everyone is encouraged to take a few minutes and drop off your old medications at one of these convenient locations with no questions asked.
