Valentine’s Dance with New Legacy Swing Band

Kittery, Maine - On Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 7:30pm The New Legacy Swing Band brings their big sound to The Dance Hall for a special Valentine’s Day dance.

The New Legacy Swing Band began in the early 1990s as 'The Little Swing Band'. The band has evolved into one of Northern New England's most sought-after dance orchestras.

They have the classic big band sound with the velvet quality of five saxophones, the brilliance of six brass and one of the region’s most experienced rhythm sections. Add to this the sultry voice of their own ‘jazz singer’, the band recreates the great swing classic sounds of the Big Band Era. Their extensive repertoire of over 600 songs that is music to the ears of the ballroom dancers, playing swing, dance, latin, polka, waltzes as well as those room-filling big band tunes that get your blood pumping!

Doors open at 7:00pm.
