The Goldbergs "Double Dare" Airs Wednesday, January 20th

A GAME SHOW AUDITION AFFECTS ADAM’S FRIENDSHIP WITH EMMY,
WHILE BEVERLY CHANGES THE COURSE OF MURRAY AND BARRY’S FAVORITE SPORTS TEAM
ON ABC’S “THE GOLDBERGS”
Adam and Emmy are ecstatic their favorite TV game show “Double Dare” is hosting auditions at their school. But when Adam secretly asks Pops to be his partner, and Emmy secretly asks Handsome Ben, the two get into a fight. Meanwhile, Murray and Barry are upset the Philadelphia Eagles have been losing until superstitious Barry becomes convinced Beverly is their good luck charm to change things around, on “The Goldbergs,” WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 20 (8:30-9:00 p.m. EST) on the ABC Television Network.

Oswalt (“Ratatouille”) as adult Adam Goldberg, Sean Giambrone as Adam Goldberg, Troy Gentile (“Good Luck Chuck”) as Barry Goldberg, Hayley Orrantia (“The X Factor”) as Erica Goldberg, AJ Michalka as Lainey Lewis with George Segal (“Just Shoot Me”) as Pops Solomon and Jeff Garlin (“Curb Your Enthusiasm”) as Murray Goldberg.

Guest starring is Bryan Callen as Coach Mellor, David Koechner as Bill Lewis, Sam Lerner as Geoff Schwartz, Noah Munck as Naked Rob, Matt Bush as Andy Cogan, Stephanie Katherine Grant as Emmy Mirsky, Kenny Ridwan as Dave Kim, Froy Gutierrez as Handsome Ben, Mia Kaplan as Amy, Benjamin Bauman as Zane (“Double Dare” producer) and Amy Gross as Ellen (“Double Dare” producer).

“Double Dare” was written by Chris Bishop and directed by David Katzenberg.
