Rockland, Maine - Oceanside High School girls junior varsity and varsity teams saw two victories against the visitors from Mt. Ararat High School on Tuesday, January 26th, 2016 in Rockland, Maine.
Junior varsity team from Oceanside High School won the game by a score of 50-37. Scorers were Hope Butler 8pts, 2pts from foul shots, Hannah Mohalland 2pts, Elise Laslavic 9pts with 1 foul shot point, Lauren Hatch 2pts, Chloe Jones 2pts, Kassidy Robinson 6pts, Abby Veilleux 2pts, Amelia Campbell 13pts with 3pts from foul shots, Morgan Williams 2pts, Anna P. 2pts and Rachel Joyce 2pts.
with 1pt from foul shot, Caitlyn S. 8pts, 4pts coming from foul shots and Abby S. 11pts, 6pts from three pointers and 5 foul shots.
Oceanside varsity team was able to hold onto to win the game by a score of 53-47. Scorers were Kalyn Grover 4pts, Makenna Brooks 17pts, 3pts from a three pointer and 4 foul shots, Alexis Mazurek 4pts, Gabrielle Simmons 18pts, 8pts coming from foul shots and Brianna Dugan 10pts with 3pts from a three pointer and one foul shot.
Scorers for Mt. Ararat were Taylor W. 2pts, Nikki B. sinks a three pointer, Kate G. 4pts, Lauren S. 15pts, 4pts from foul shots and a three pointer, Katelyn Cox 4pts and Lauren Labbay 19pts with 9pts coming from three pointers.
