12:19pm Update: Park Drive between Main Street and Winter Street is shut down.

BREAKING DEVELOPING NEWS: Rockland, Maine - Rockland, State Police are currently working a stand-off with a male at Tradewinds Motor Inn on Sunday, February 11th, 2018 in Rockland, Maine.

Rockland Police were called to the scene at or around 8am.
