Belfast Area High School: Sophomore Trip to Colleges Postponed

From our School Counseling Office:
     Due to the uncertainty about the CoronaVirus, a decision has been made to postpone the upcoming Sophomore College Trip, scheduled for Tuesday, March 24.
     At this time, Bates College has contacted us and cancelled. Both the University of Maine and the University of Southern Maine, and Husson University have shut down and most students have vacated the campuses.
It is our intent to reschedule this valuable trip and opportunity for some time in the fall, most likely late October.
