WEATHER ALERT: Winter Storm Warnings Issued For Most Of Maine Tonight-Friday Afternoon

...Coastal storm to provide first widespread snowfall to the
area...

.A coastal low will move rapidly northeast and track near the
Gulf of Maine later tonight into Friday, bringing heavy snow to
the area. Along the southeast coast of New Hampshire the snow will
mix with sleet and rain, bringing the snowfall totals down. The
storm will move away quickly by Friday evening.

  on difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 5
  to 8 inches with a light glaze possible toward the end of the
  storm.

* WHERE...Portions of, central, northern and southern New
  Hampshire and southwest Maine.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant reductions in
  visibility at times.
