Rockland, Maine - If driving on the roads today please use caution as they are getting really slippery with accidents and roll offs happening. There have a few popping up in the Rockland, a multi-vehicle accident in Brunswick. Please use caution if you need to drive today as the snow is really coming down which will make roads slippery and covered quickly.
Rockland area could see 6 or more inches of snow during the day and first part of tonight.

Full Reconstruction of Route 1 in Warren to Begin
Warren, Maine - Crews will be reconstructing a section of Route 1 in Warren beginning the week of June 23rd.
The project begins .25 miles south of Sandy Shore Road and extends northerly for 1.52 miles encompassing the Route 97 intersection to just beyond Route 1.
There will be alternating one-way traffic through most of this project. The work includes full reconstruction, new eight foot shoulders, new drainage and curbs as well as blasting some ledge along with new pavement.
Work will continue into the fall and then resume next spring. It is anticipated all work will be completed by the end of August 2015.
Lane Construction of Hermon will be performing this $4.6 million project.
