This will require all Casco Bay Parking Garage customers to vacate the garage from 8:00PM on Friday, May 9th until 10:00PM on Sunday, May 11. This spring cleaning requires a forecast with no hard driving rain. Should these conditions occur the weekend of May 9, the work will be rescheduled for the following weekend(s) until the work can be completed. The work will NOT be rescheduled for the Memorial Day weekend. Customers should not assume that if some rain is called for or occurs that the work will be delayed. Notice of the work will be posted at the garage facility and at the Casco Bay Ferry Terminal. It will also be posted to the City’s website and on the management company’s website at www.mhrmanagement.com.
While it will be necessary for customers to plan a little extra time to use the Custom House Parking Garage two blocks away, the process will be easy. Upon entering the Custom House garage, take a ticket, park and present a ticket signed by you to the attendant when you leave. All Casco Bay customers must vacate the Custom House garage by 9:00AM on Monday, May 12, 2014. The garage hours for the weekend will be the same as the hours at Casco Bay and the attendants who usually serve customers will be there to assist over the weekend. Please remember that the Custom House Garage is a one-way travel garage unlike Casco Bay which is a two-way travel garage.
Anyone concerned about getting the notice of the dates of the spring clean-up weekend can leave a written note with their name, email address or phone number with a Casco Bay Parking Garage booth attendant and someone will notify you.
Important: Casco Bay garage customers must make arrangements for their vehicles to be removed during the work. Any vehicles left in the garage over the spring clean-up weekend will be towed at the customer’s expense.
