Warren Crash Claims Life of Blanche Foss

Warren, Maine - Just before 3 p.m. today, Knox County Deputies responded to a report of a two vehicle head-on crash on Rt. 1 in Warren, just south of the intersection of Rt. 90.  Warren Fire and Rescue were dispatched along with Thomaston and Waldoboro Ambulances.

Witnesses stated that a 2008 Jeep driven by Blanche Foss, 72, of Belfast was driving north on Rt. 1 and for an unknown reason crossed the centerline and crashed head-on into a 2005 Chevy truck operated by John Orne, 51, of
