Ellsworth, Maine - The Grand, downtown Ellsworth’s historic 1938 art deco theatre, is excited to invite all talented Mainers for “Ellsworth’s Got Talent” on Saturday, February 21st at 7 pm. Singers! Musicians! Dancers! Comedians! People of talent! Come to The Grand and become a contestant on “Ellsworth’s Got Talent!” The contest is open to any type of act: vocal, comedy (non-vulgar), dance, juggling, reading, instrumental (limited to 4-person combo) etc. It is meant to be in the spirit of fun and entertainment and to be a showcase for local entertainment enthusiasts.
The contest is open to all amateur entertainers and there are no age restrictions or requirement except that anyone under the age of 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign their entry form. Professional (contracted musicians or those whose talent is a principle source of income) are not permitted to enter.
