BELFAST, Maine – MaineHealth Waldo Hospital is pleased to welcome Carolyn Stwertka, MD to MaineHealth Pediatrics Belfast.
Dr. Stwertka comes to MaineHealth Waldo Hospital from Northern Light Pediatric Care in Bangor and Maine Coast Pediatrics in Ellsworth. She was a pediatrician at both locations.
Dr. Stwertka completed her pediatric residency at
the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, N.Y. She earned her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y. in 2014 and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rochester.MaineHealth Pediatrics Belfast offers a variety of services including well-child visits and immunizations, management of chronic health conditions, sick visits, developmental and behavioral concerns, school and sports physicals, autism screenings for children three-and-under, and more.
