Harlow Gallery’s Annual Summer Members’s Art Show & Sale Opens June 30

Hallowell, Maine -- The Harlow Gallery is kicking off summer with their annual Summer Members’ Art Show & Sale, on view June 30-July 22, 2017, featuring a diverse selection of vibrant work by Harlow Gallery artist members. The public is invited to attend the opening reception on Friday, June 30 from 5-7pm and meet the artists. The exhibit, on display at 160 Water Street in Hallowell, presents a unique opportunity to discover both emerging and established artists, working in a wide range of media and styles such as painting, drawing, printmaking, fiber art, photography, sculpture, fine craft and more.

During the Summer Members Show & Sale, patrons may purchase art off the wall to take home the same day. Buy local and support Maine’s creative community. Gallery hours are Wednesday-Saturday 12-6pm.

Exhibitions at the Harlow Gallery are underwritten by our Patron of the Arts sponsor Camden National Bank, and by our season sponsors Capitol Dental Care, Eaton Peabody Attorneys at Law, Kennebec Savings Bank, Scrummy Afters Candy Shoppe, Slates Restaurant and the City of Hallowell.

The Harlow Gallery, home of the Kennebec Valley Art Association, is a membership based 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to connecting and celebrating art, artists and community in central Maine since 1963. Exhibitions are always free and open to the public.
