Route 115 Bridge in Yarmouth to Get New Surface

Yarmouth, Maine - For a period of four weeks beginning on Tuesday, May 27th, crews will be installing a new concrete wearing surface on the Route 115 Bridge that spans the railroad tracks.

During the duration of the project there will be alternating one-way traffic over the bridge. Signs will alert motorists as they approach.

The scope of work will include removing one side of the wearing surface at a time, then replacing with new concrete. The new concrete requires a curing time of one week before traffic will be allowed on the new surface.

Motorists should plan ahead for possible slight delays during the length of this project.
