Secretary Kerry returns from travel to Mexico City, Mexico. He is accompanied by Assistant Secretary for Western Hemisphere Affairs Roberta Jacobson, Assistant Secretary for Education and Cultural Affairs Evan Ryan, Special Representative for Commercial and Business Affairs Scott Nathan, Deputy Spokesperson Marie Harf, NSC Senior Director for Western Hemisphere Affairs Ricardo Zuniga, and Vice Admiral Kurt Tidd, JCS.
6:30 p.m. Secretary Kerry delivers remarks at an event commemorating the 90th Anniversary of the United States Foreign Service, at the Department of State.
