Scarborough, Maine - Paving will take place at three locations in Scarborough beginning Wednesday, June 18th.
On June 18th, crews will pave Haigis Parkway beginning 0.31 miles from Route 1 and extend 1.11 miles to the intersection of Payne Road. There will be alternating one-way traffic through the work zone. There will be no work done near the Payne Road intersection from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. It is anticipated all work will be completed by June 27th.
On June 30th, crews will pave the Payne Road beginning at the intersection of Ginn Road and extend northeasterly 1.06 miles to Mussey Road. There will be alternating one-way traffic through the work zone. It is anticipated all work will be completed by July 10th.
On August 4th, crews will pave the Payne Road beginning 0.05 miles from the intersection of Old Payne Road and extend 0.52 miles to 0.06 miles north of Milliken Road. This work will be done at night from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. with flaggers assisting with alternating one-way traffic through the work zone. It is anticipated all work will be completed by August 28th.
Motorists are advised to use caution and pay attention to the reduced speed limits through the work zones.
