ROCKLAND, Maine – The 67th Annual Maine Lobster Festival presents the first ever "Steins and Vines", an exclusive beer and wine tasting event featuring local Maine-based brewers and vintners. This exciting new event will take place on Thursday, July 31st, from 4pm to 7pm at the Maine Lighthouse Museum,1 Park Drive, in Rockland.
Featuring five Maine brewers and four Maine vintners, this exclusive event is open to guests aged 21 and older (no children are allowed and no one under 21 will be admitted). Tickets will be available online at www.mainelobsterfestival.com starting on July 1st. Cost is $30.00 per person in advance or $35.00 per person at the door.
A limited number of just 250 tickets will be sold. Each admission entitles the guest to choose 10 tastings of
beer and/or wine. In addition, each guest will receive a free pass to the 2014 Maine Lobster Festival. Free passes may be used on July 31, August 1, or August 2, 2014. Guests will each receive their own souvenir tasting glass, included in the price of admission.
Featured brewers are Rock Harbor Brewing, Gritty’s Brewing, Andrew’s Brewing, Peak Organic Brewing and Sebago Brewing. The featured vintners are Cellardoor Winery, Breakwater Vineyards, Savage Oaks Vineyards, and Sweetgrass Winery. Also, Sweetgrass will present their Three Crow Rum and award winning Back River Gin.
Guests attending Steins and Vines are asked to enter the event using the Lighthouse Museum entrance closest to Main Street, under the Steins and Vines banner. Please join us!
