BREAKING: Vehicle Crashes Into Thomaston Building
Monday, March 6th, 2017 UPDATE: At or about 20:02 hours 3-03-17 Thomaston Police, Fire and rescue were dispatched to 39 Beechwood Street Apt #6 for a motor vehicloe accident involving a vehicle and a structure. Upon arrival it was learned that Cynthia Fales 64 yo of that address had backed her vehicle into the building. Note the vehicle penetrated the front wall and came to rest near the rear wall of the structure. Fales was assisted out by Fire Dept, and rescue personel. There were no reported injuries. Fales was the only occupant of the vehicle. There was significant damage to the stucture. Unknown the amount of damage to her 2003 Chevy Cavalier, but it was towed from the scene. Fales does not know what happened to caue the crash.
UPDATE #2.... EMS has a patient sign off, CMP on scene, code officer is enroute, Rockland squad 3 has cleared.
UPDATE...Person has been freed from being trapped.
BREAKING....Thomaston, Maine - A single vehicle has crashed into a building at 39 Beechwood Street in Thomaston on Friday, March 3rd, 2017.
Person trapped inside, no apparent injuries.
CMP has been notified to shut off the power to the building.
Thomaston, Police, Fire and EMS on scene along with Rockland squad 3 and car 1.
