Portland, Maine - The Irish American Club of Maine is hosting its annual St. Patrick’s Parade on Sunday, March 12 this year. The parade includes pipe bands, Irish dancers, floats, elected officials, and first responders starting at the Fish Pier on Commercial Street and heading down to Franklin Street. Mayor Ethan Strimling will participate.
Portions of Commercial Street along the parade route will be closed to vehicular access during the parade. The parade lasts for 30 minutes. Parking is still allowed on Commercial Street and on the parade route.

WHERE: Starts at Portland Fish Pier parking lot on Commercial Street. Parade proceeds along Commercial Street from Center Street to Franklin Street.
